When I first got my Prologue, one of the keys went missing. The dealership offered to replace it for free. Still, programming the new key was difficult, and after four hours, the dealership still couldn't get it to work. They even contacted GM for assistance, as the key uses a GM system.
 
Ugh, that sounds super frustrating! At least the dealership gave you a replacement, but it’s wild that programming the key was such a hassle, even with GM’s help. Hopefully, they got it all sorted out in the end!

Whoa, four hours and a call to GM? That's crazy! I would have lost my patience for sure.
Anyway, did they ever figure out what went wrong, or was it just some weird system glitch?
