When I first got my Prologue, one of the keys went missing. The dealership offered to replace it for free. Still, programming the new key was difficult, and after four hours, the dealership still couldn't get it to work. They even contacted GM for assistance, as the key uses a GM system.

That's why having an ICE car as an additional vehicle is important. When I go on road trips, I'll use my 4Runner, but when I'm in the city, I'll use the Prologue.

I love my L2 Charger. The only issue I'm having is connecting it to the monitoring app, which is a separate app from HondaLink.

Have you got it scanned? It would be helpful to inform your dealer of the issue so that they can provide a solution.

I agree with stormking, AWD cars are awesome, especially if you deal with bad weather a lot. I have a bunch of AWDs and they make me feel safe and are smooth on the road. They can handle any curve like a champ. AWD is totally worth it!
