It might not be a problem with the USB port itself, but I’m not sure. Have you tried a different cable or port in the car?

Really strange! The car shouldn’t lock itself with the key inside. There might be a setting in the menu for auto-lock features.

No worries at all. :) Quick update! I finally got the Electrify America 60kW credit to show up. The support team were able to fix it on their end. As for OnStar, I’ve decided to let it go since phone’s cellular connection works perfectly fine for Google Maps, and I’m not missing any charging...
