Have you successfully connected an old-fashioned audio source to your Prologue? I mean a device with a 3.5mm socket designed for connecting to headphones, earbuds or an AUX connector. For example, I have an old iPod.

I tried two audio to Bluetooth adapters (this and that). The infotainment screen said, "this device is incompatible" when I attempted pairing either of them with the Prologue.

I also tried several audio-to-USB adapters, plugged in to one of the USB-C sockets just below the infotainment screen in the car. In each case, when I plugged in the adapter the infotainment screen said "USB device not supported."

How about using an FM transmitter? I haven't tried using Bluetooth adapters but maybe using a transmitter would work.

It seems sometimes older tech and new cars don't play nice together. I really feel your frustration.
You might want to try a higher-quality FM transmitter. I have used one before with an older device, and it worked well.
Just tune it to an unused frequency, and you should be good to go.
Hopefully, that will give your iPod some new life in your Prologue.
