I want to apply a Paint protection film to my car, but I want to apply it on the inside of the door, too, because I can see lots of scuffs on the area around the cup holders.
The problem is the PPF service's owner said the plastic in that area isn't suitable for this job.
Is there any way to protect that part of the car? Or should I leave it as it is without thinking too much about it? Thanks in advance!

You might wanna consider using a protective vinyl wrap or clear adhesive film designed for interior surfaces...If you're still concerned about the scuffs, a removable coating or detail spray could also help protect it.

I would also recommend using a strong ceramic coating in that area, It won't totally stop scratches, but it will make the plastic way more scratch-resistant and easier to clean. Just be careful with application to avoid streaks.
