Greetings, so I leased a Prolouge last November, not knowing it had issues from the factory. My car was manufactured in 5/24, so apparently these issues are well known.
Memory seat positions. When I turn on “entry memory position” and “exit seat position” and I program the desired setting to key fob 1, exit memory works automatically when I shut the vehicle off. However, upon getting in and starting the vehicle, the entry setting does not work as the seat doesn’t move. I have to hold down on #1 the entire time, which is annoying.

The other Major issue is the “charge later” feature and using the schedule. Neither work. I selected the travel charger kit during the purchase process, and level 1 worked fine, although super slow. I had an electrician install a 220 plug from my fuse panel for level 2 charging, and that’s where the problems began. If I plug in and charge using “charge now” no problem, and level 2 is much quicker, however, if I use “charge later” and try using the schedule, I get an error message saying “unable to charge, service charging system in red, or
“Cannot Charge

There may be an issue with the charge station or charge cord.”
Anyone else experiencing any of these issues?

I didn't realize the Prologue had these kinds of issues! Is it common for the memory seat function to require holding down the button? And the charging schedule not working sounds like a real hassle.

Apparently it’s only common in vehicles manufactured before sometime in June/July. Holding the memory button down is the manual way to recall, but automatic recall does not work. More annoying than anything, especially at this price point
