I'm trying to charge my Prologue at a fast charging station, but I can't get it to charge at the maximum speed. I've reached out to Electrify America, and they suggested that I should receive a code from Honda to enter into their app. However, my dealer seems unaware of this. Any ideas about this?
 
Hey I got the same thing going on. It's really frustrating. I've been having the same issue with my Prologue. I've checked the Electrify America app and Honda's website, but there's no word yet on when the Prologue will be supported. Keep us posted for updates.

Did you check if your vehicle is listed in the EA app? It seems like Honda recently updated some compatibility.

I won't rely on the dealership for that code. Just call Honda customer service directly.

So, if you have already reached out to EA and your dealer wasn't much help, try to
  • check if there is any software update
  • or using another fast charger brand like EVgo or ChargePoint to see if you face the same problem there.

Uhhm you might need to double-check with Honda support or try reaching another dealer for the code to unlock full charging speed at Electrify America stations.
