Prologue Elite battery

zI'm having a major issue with my Prologue Elite. Last night, I parked it in the garage with a 60% charge. This morning, I got in, and the car was completely dead. I got a "Service Battery Fault" message and couldn't shift it into gear. I managed to get it into neutral after some fiddling, but then I couldn't even turn off the car!

The charging station isn't communicating with the car, and I've noticed some weird glitches like doors unlocking on their own and climate control issues. I'm really frustrated.

It seems like the 12v battery might be toast. Ofcourse, you’ll need a tech to give it the once-over and sort out what needs to be done. Keep us updated!

Yeah, it seems like the 12V battery could be a culprit, especially with the strange glitches.

Sometimes, those batteries can drain faster than expected.

Have a technician take a look to diagnose the problem accurately.

Until then, try disconnecting the car from the charger for a bit and then reconnecting it to see if it resets anything.

I am curious about the problem so please keep us posted.

I had a similar one last year.
It was only a software glitch.
So, while you check the battery, check if there is a firmware update available.

Have you got it scanned? It would be helpful to inform your dealer of the issue so that they can provide a solution.
