I recently had a home charger installed last weekend, and it stopped working unexpectedly. I heard a loud beeping sound before the power was interrupted, and the unit's lights went out. I've tried resetting the power at the electrical panel, but it's still not functioning. What could be causing this issue? Should I request a replacement?

I haven’t had any issues. Juicebox has good ratings on their chargers. But sometimes things happen. Electric or electronic things can be extremely reliable until they are not. I would contact HHE as well and yes, request a replacement.

Hm, fault in the charger or an issue with the electrical system. Did you find any damage signs to the charger or its connections? Request a replacement would be the best, I guess... I think you won't pay anything.

So the 50A circuit breaker was the cause.... It melted before it stopped working. I called Honda, and they'll replace it with a 60A breaker and thicker wires. They're also replacing my charger at no charge. They said the replacement would arrive next week. I'm not too concerned about the wait; the important thing is that they recognized the problem and are providing a free replacement.

I'll keep yall updated.

Ups! It seems that something wasn't installed correctly. Hopefully, with the new setup you won't have any other issues.
