You might need to enable message alerts through CarPlay if you're using it. You can try opening the Settings app within CarPlay, it worked for me when I followed a Google tip.

This is the second time my Honda Juice48 charger has stopped charging too early. I set the upper limit to 90% in the Enel X app, but the charger cut off at 75%. I’ve now adjusted the limits to 30% and 100% to prevent this, as the car will stop at its set limit, not the app’s.

A friend of mine always says, "Buy a car only after it's had a year to settle in," but he's seriously considering the Honda Prologue. Other owners seem happy, well I am... but with his nearest dealer being 120 minutes away, he's nervous about software bugs and potential issues. :)

You might wanna consider using a protective vinyl wrap or clear adhesive film designed for interior surfaces...If you're still concerned about the scuffs, a removable coating or detail spray could also help protect it.

It would be a whole easier lot if you could set the start time directly. Have you checked if there's an option in the app or settings that might allow more control over when charging begins?

My touchscreen had the same issue a while back...sometimes it wouldn’t respond at all, and I ended up using voice commands too. I tried a master reset, which helped for a bit, but it came back eventually. I’d recommend doing that first, but if it doesn’t fix it, definitely take it to the dealer.

I used Charge Later yesterday without any issues. I set the percentage and time, plugged it in, and it was ready when I wanted it. I’m not using a Honda charger, but that shouldn’t matter since the car decides when to start and stop charging....So here's what I think, you can maybe double-check...

That's a good idea! I’ll definitely try the same charger with different models and see if there's a pattern. It’s frustrating because I’ve heard mixed things about Electrify America chargers too. Thanks for the insight
