Maybe show them this. You might call around to different Honda dealerships and see if they have an EV tech. Some dealerships trained there techs on EV. Not sure where you located but West hills Honda in Bremerton, WA got us on the road. I also didn't even buy it there so they are really cool in...

Hey, I just went through the same issue starting on Monday. I guess there is temporary fix. They can open the restriction on the cooling line. I guess it got bent during assembly and it shorts out the bypass valve. It's only been 24hrs since I got the car back but it's operating properly. So...
