I took a spin in a Touring. It's a solid upgrade from my trusty MDX, though the full regen mode was a bit of a learning curve. I'm still adjusting to the one-pedal driving style and my right foot is protesting. The interior is quiet, with a slight whine at certain speeds.

I'm really hoping for a heated steering wheel, especially given our cold winters. Apparently, it's standard on the Elite trim, but I'm still waiting for confirmation on lower-tier options.

Speaking of EVs, I've been shopping around and have had a wild experience with dealerships. I've been bombarded with texts and calls from various dealers after expressing interest in the Prologue. Some have been relentless, while others have been surprisingly low-pressure. Has anyone else encountered similar experiences?

I've come across multiple mentions of the whine you brought up. Is it tied to some pedestrian safety thing, or is it just one of those sounds that’s here to stay and can’t be turned down?

What would you expect? Haha! Don't be surprised. Just keep an eye on those who respects your time.

@Aes_Sedai, the one-pedal driving takes some time to get used to, but once you get the hang of it, it is pretty smooth.
And the heated steering wheel is a must-have for those chilly mornings, especially in winter. As you said, hopefully, they will add it for the lower trims, too.

I think the experiences with the dealerships shouldn't surprise you, though I can totally relate. It seems like a mixed bag out there! Some are super aggressive, while others take a more laid-back approach. Sometimes, both approaches are annoying, haha!
