Free Adapter in Ford EV

I remember getting an email from Ford that really got me thinking about their EVs. They mentioned how Tesla stations is included in their charging networks and even offered a free adapter if I bought a Ford EV and signed up before August 31st, I can't remember why I didn't eventually go with Ford. Anyway, I am still hoping Honda will offer a free adapter for all of us 2024 Prologue owners when Tesla opens up to them.

I have the Tesla app set up, and it shows two available chargers near me that are compatible with J1772. I'll be heading out soon to check them out.

I have heard a few other manufacturers might start partnering with Tesla's Supercharger network too, which could be a game-changer for EV owners.

As for Honda, it would be great if they followed suit with a similar adapter option for the Prologue, especially since Tesla's infrastructure is expanding so quickly.

I am curious what determined you to lean toward the Prologue over the Ford in the end?

I also hope Honda will provide us Prologue owners with a free adapter once Tesla opens up.

Honda should soon, but I haven't seen a set date. You'll also need a charging adapter.

Definitely a tempting deal. The expanding Supercharger network is a huge plus for EV owners. As for the Prologue, I really liked its design and features, plus I’ve always been a fan of Honda’s reliability. It just felt like the right choice for me.
