Google Play Store Issues on Prologue

Trouble installing apps on my Honda Prologue's built-in Google Play Store. Most apps say they're not available for my device, even basic ones like EVgo and Spotify. Does anyone know how to activate these apps, or if there's a way to get Honda to add more options? I'm a bit frustrated.

Sometimes the built-in Google Play store on certain car infotainment systems is limited in the apps it supports due to compatibility issues or regional restrictions. You could try clearing the cache of the Play Store or checking if your system needs a software update through Honda. If that doesn't work, contacting Honda support might help.
