Honda customer service just called me regarding the delayed Honda app update. The charging credit should show up in the app like the EVgo credit once the update goes live, which they said is anticipated this month. In order to activate the Electrify America Premium offer, we might also need to enter a code.

I also mentioned that the memory seat feature was not functioning properly. Although the representative promised to investigate, it appears that we may need to exert pressure on our dealerships to find a solution.

Has anyone else heard anything regarding the memory seat issue or the app update?

Thanks for the update..I haven’t heard about the memory seat issue, but I’m also waiting on the app update.

Does the Honda link app update help with the ridiculously slow connection to the car. I'm not purchasing a separate data plan for $25 from OnStar. That is way too expensive. Should be $9, if not $5.

My question is does having the data plan help with the speed of app update? Are they throttling us because we didn't purchase the OnStar data plan?

It's an EV, we should have better connection to the vehicle.

Why am I getting a fully charged message 9 hours later. That isn't helpful. I shouldn't have to look at the charger app to determine the time of charge and kwhs delivered.

I love the car and I got a fairly good deal with my over mileage CRV lease trade in. Not great. Just good.

I agree, I don’t like nor want Onstar, and I’m definitely not paying for it, but it’s ridiculous how slow the app connects to the car when I’m at home!!! I usually have to refresh the app several times to get the correct info too.
I don’t want google, or Onstar. Other than that, the charging issues, and the memory recall not working, I can live with it because I really like the vehicle, but for fifty plus, it should all work, and then some🤷🏻‍♂️
