Stoked on the car!

App experience is undescribably horrible.

I get that it's Honda, laid on top of OnStar, on top of Chevy Ultium platform.

Refresh time is gross, when it works 40% of the time.

Someone please tell me that the Honda Link App will get an update!!

The HondaLink app feels pretty pointless, it just doesn’t do much. What makes it worse is how it insists on opening every time Carplay starts, making it feel super intrusive and just plain annoying.

At my dealer (Honda of Princeton ) the manager has 28 Prologue owners that have connectivity problems because On Star and Honda link aren't compatible . He said the problem has been elevated to Honda Corporate .

Based on something I read here, I turned on precise location for the HondaLink app and it helped a little. But, weirdly, what seems to work the best (and best is doing a lot of work here), is to turn off Wi-Fi on my phone. Then the app will connect, in its slow, sluggish way. I had considered resorting to black magic and animal sacrifice, but this actually seems to work, not that I can explain why.
