I'm trying to find the stop charging button on my Prologue and it’s seriously playing hard to get. I've searched every nook and cranny of the infotainment screen menu, but no dice - eventhough the manual makes it sound like its right there. I know there's a stop button on the charger itself, but I'm after a backup option in the car. Anyone know where this sneaky button might be hiding?

Once the car starts charging, you need to tap the left button that says 'Ready by.' Then you can stop charging if you want. It's not always easy to tell which buttons you can press and which ones you can't.

Since we are here, is anyone else having issues with a significant drop off in the DC fast charging rate from the 50% battery level. And why is Prologue capped at 150 kw?

Hey, @txfireman2004, check for it in the charging settings menu under the ENERGY tab. You should find it there. I can't tell exactly where because it depends on the version of the infotainment system you have. Worst case, you can always pull the plug manually if all else fails.

From what I read, the 150 kW cap is a thermal management thing that protects the battery. It can be frustrating, I know. But we can adapt...

Hey, @txfireman2004, if nothing from here works, and you still can't see the button, I have found that sometimes a quick restart of the infotainment system can reveal hidden options. Keep us posted!
