Hey everyone!
I have this problem related to the left-side steering wheel controls. More specifically, the skip button often stops responding whenever my gauge cluster display shows "No content available" (but Apple Music is clearly playing). But if the music is shown on the gauge cluster display, the skip button works with no issues.
Has anyone else run into this or found a solution? I can't figure out if there is an issue with the Apple Music, the car's software, or something else.

It might be related to the Apple Music connection. First, try restarting Apple Music and see if it helps. Also, check if your car’s software or Apple Music app has an update, as this could be a glitch that a software patch might solve. Lastly, if it keeps happening, a soft reset of the car’s infotainment system might help (check your manual for steps). Hopefully, that helps smooth things out!

Try choosing another music source and then go back to Apple Music.

@BellaCars2013 Could be a loose connection, dirty button, software glitch in the infotainment, phone connection issue (if using CarPlay), or wiring problem in the steering wheel. Try cleaning the button, restarting the infotainment, checking your phone connection. If it's still acting up, bring it in for a proper diagnosis.
