Honda only recommends charging to 80%. If my maths is correct, you will get a range between 260-280miles. But of course, real-world efficiency can vary a bit, mine is about 290miles for a 70% charge.

I just returned from a 160-mile trip in my Touring AWD, beginning with a full battery. The weather was hot and sunny, with an elevation gain of more than 3,000 feet.

I kept the cruise control set to 65 mph for the majority of the trip and avoided using one-pedal driving mode. We arrived with 40% battery capacity, averaging 2.9 miles per kilowatt-hour (mi/kWh). This is consistent with my expectations for driving uphill in hot conditions. The air conditioning was set between 70 and 72 degrees, and the moonroof/cover was closed to reduce solar heat gain.

On the way back, we took a few detours and charged up to 90% at a Level 2 charger. The weather was cool and partly cloudy. We drove 176 miles home, averaging 3.9 miles per kWh. This exceeded expectations, especially given the cooler temperatures and downhill route. We arrived home with 43% battery, indicating that we could have gone another 100 miles before reaching 10%.

The EPA estimated energy efficiency for the Prologue is somewhere around 3.25 – 3.5 miles per kWh depending on AWD/RWD. Any Prologue owners here could share their real world range?
yes, real-world range varies a lot depending on driving style and weather.
If I drive more conservatively, especially in cooler temperatures, I can get closer to the higher end of that range.
But in hotter weather or on longer trips, it's usually closer to the lower end.
I can see @Cj_miles has a more detailed breakdown.

So, what exactly are you looking into? Real-world range or real-world efficiency? There are two different things I guess.
