We just picked up a new 2WD Prologue Touring from our dealership in Cali and already, we're having some major issues with the audio.

The warning sounds work fine, but the Bose premium audio and FM/AM radio are completely dead. We've tried restarting the vehicle in various ways, including safe mode, but nothing seems to work.

Has anyone else encountered similar problems with their Prologue Touring? Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. We're hoping to avoid a trip to the service department on Saturday, but we might have no choice.

Did anything weird go down just before the audio cut out? Have you tried giving the infotainment system a little reset yet? And are there any funky warning signs or messages popping up on the screen?

hi!
Have you checked if there are any software updates available? Usually, this fixes a lot of issues in Prologue.

If you follow @hammer2204's advice, just make sure to follow the instructions in your owner's manual for that.

If nothing works, then you can call for a service visit. You have the warranty, so you don't have anything to lose.

Keep us updated!

Hello everyone. New Prologue owners here (well, we’re leasing). Our infotainment screen locked-up, so we’re kinda dead in the water at the moment. I guess a visit to the dealership is in order?

Dumb question, but did you turn the volume up? It’s a toggle on the back right of the steering wheel. Mine had no sound when it first started up and I had to find the volume and turn it up.

My issue is that I can’t connect my phone through Bluetooth.
