I'm deep in the adapter issues trying to get my Tesla Wall Connector to work with my Honda Prologue and it's frustrating! Three adapters in and I'm still getting the red screen and "charger cable issue" message on the Honda, even though both the Tesla and public chargers work flawlessly. Tesla support's pointing fingers at the adapters, but surely someone out there has cracked this? Has anyone found a reliable J1772 adapter that flawlessly bridges the Tesla Wall Connector to the Prologue without throwing error codes? We need a definitive list of compatible adapters, or maybe a teardown video to figure out what's causing the incompatssue ibility! What are the specific specs we should be looking for in an adapter to avoid these issues? Any tips on what to look for when buying an adapter?

Hey, I’ve got the same setup with a Tesla wall charger on a 50A circuit. I grabbed one of these from Amazon: [link]. It works fine, but like you said, the Honda screen keeps switching from green to red, even though it’s still charging. Sometimes it stays green, which is odd. The charger and car light show it’s charging, but the screen shows a red bar even though the battery’s going up. Very strange! What adapters have you tried?
