I’ve been playing around with the different driver display options in the Honda Prologue, and I’m curious which one do you use the most?

✔ Speedometer – Clean and simple, but does it provide enough useful info?
✔ Google Maps – Convenient for navigation, but does it clutter the screen?
✔ Following Distance – Great for Adaptive Cruise Control, but do you find yourself switching back?

I personally like having Maps front and center but I could see Following Distance being super useful for highway driving. What’s your go-to setup ?

Hi Roman. Like you, I prefer using the Map Display on the Driver’s Screen. I have Heads-Up Display with info like speed, speed limit, ETA, etc, so I don’t need to have the same data on the driver’s screen.

But since I’ve been using the maps view here, I found it to be preferable to looking right all the time to the main infotainment screen for directions. Now that the maps are right in front of me, my eyes stay closer to the road rather than darting back and forth.

Lastly, Google Maps does a great job but I don’t trust them a lot (they sell more of our user data than pretty much any other company), so I use ABRP. Fortunately, ABRP and Apple Maps also display on the Driver’s Display and Heads-Up Display. It’s great to have choice!
