I’ve been noticing a weird issue with the clock in my Honda Prologue, it keeps running fast when set to automatic time. Mine was about five minutes ahead when I first got the car, and switching to manual mode fixed it temporarily. I even tried disconnecting the 12V battery for a hard reset, which actually worked for me, but a coworker with the same car still has his clock running three minutes fast even after trying the same trick.

Has anyone else run into this? It really seems like a software issue since we can’t get a clear answer at the dealership level either.

that definitely sounds like a software glitch. You’re not alone, seems like a few Honda models have had similar clock issues. Switching to manual time seems to be a temporary fix, but I’ve heard some dealerships mention a pending software update. Have you checked if your infotainment system is fully updated?
