Good evening everyone. Merry Christmas! The wife solved the frozen screen issue. We’ve had our Prologue for just over a week. About 2 nights ago, the infotainment screen just locked up. After doing a lot of research online (and watching a You Tube video or two), she was able to get it to unfreeze. So if your screen freezes, hold down the call button on the steering wheel for about 15 seconds. The screen will go blank for a few seconds, then some prompts will appear. Follow the prompts and the screen should unlock. Also, it may only work if the car is in Park, but we’re not 100% sure. Hope this helps.
