Another new member, hello! Had an AWD EX for a couple of months now in Portland OR. Second EV for us - first being a 2013 Leaf that we charge overnight on 120V, so the Prologue is a big step up. Keeping the Leaf for around-town stuff, the Prologue replaces a 17-year-old Odyssey. Installed a ChargePoint home charger for the Prologue.

Hey, welcome to the forum! Glad to see another Prologue owner, especially in the Pacific Northwest! Portland's a great place for EVs. It's cool that you're coming from a 2013 Leaf – that's a serious EV veteran right there! Going from a 120V Leaf to a Prologue with a ChargePoint charger must feel like going from a bicycle to a spaceship!

I bet the difference in driving experience alone is mind-blowing. What are your initial impressions of the Prologue so far? I'm curious to hear your thoughts coming from such a different EV.

Yes, big change. Though I try not to stress about range, fact is even with a full charge on the leaf (~70 miles), you're immediately stressing about range for anything other than short journeys, so that's a big step up. The Leaf is more of a zippy go-cart (definitely quicker off the line), but the Prologue is certainly a lot more comfortable and soothing, and right now the pre-heat function is much appreciated. But yes, all told it is like stepping into a spaceship what with carplay, integrated Google maps etc etc (which actually got me using Siri for the first time). Liking it very much so far, though Hondalink isn't all that awesome!
