Help with rebate process for Honda Home Charge

I recently had my Honda HomeElectrification install completed through a vendor Honda referred. Everything went great, but now I’m stuck with an issue trying to claim the utility rebate. The utility company is asking for a receipt for the charger, but since Honda provided it, there’s no receipt, it wasn’t part of my Bill of Sale either. I’ve already tried submitting some other documents, but they rejected them and want additional proof. Did anyone run into the same problem? I’d love some tips on getting this sorted out.

Did you try talking to your dealer? They might be able to give you some kind of paperwork showing that you bought the charger when you got the car.
