Passenger keys and phone connectivity problems

My son bought a CPO Prologue Touring for about a month now, and he ran into a couple of problems.

1. He can't seem to program the passenger keys. Neither my son nor I can get them to work.​
2. His Samsung A15 5G is acting weird in the car. He can't play videos, and the volume buttons don't respond. As soon as he steps out of the car, everything works fine.​

Are we doing something wrong, or are these known issues?

First, make sure you're doing everything exactly like the manual says. If that doesn't work, it might be a glitch and you'll need to take it to the dealer. Or you can try resetting the system.

Make sure your phone is updated, and check if the car needs any updates too.

Sometimes messing with the Bluetooth stuff helps. Try clearing that out and then pairing your phone again.
