Can't connect JuiceBox to WiFi

I have a JuiceBox, but I can't make it connect to the WiFi. Any thoughts here? I found some instructions online, but I just can't make it work.

Try to get the manual from Honda Home Electrification. I think you will find some instructions there.

Hey, have you got the latest firmware update installed? Is your Wi-Fi signal solid or kinda weak? Maybe try a Wi-Fi extender instead of another router. My Go eCharger also loses connection sometimes, but it's pretty far from the Wi-Fi router. Most of the time it shows up online, but sometimes the app just won't connect.
