PIA connection problem

My wife is driver # 1 . I have registered my name as driver # 2 . Every time I get in the car it reverts back to "guest " I have to go through a series of choices on the screen just to get to my music ( Spotify ,on my phone ) . Can someone tell me how to sign in and make it stick ???

Check if the car is seeing your key or phone. Some cars link profiles to your key or phone.

It's obviously not seeing my phone because I have to pair the phone every time I get in the car ,in order to listen to Spotify .
