I've owned my Prologue for three months, and I've been experiencing touchscreen issues. Sometimes it responds to touch, while other times it doesn't. As a result, I've had to rely on voice commands. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Do you have any suggestions before I take it to the dealer?

My touchscreen had the same issue a while back...sometimes it wouldn’t respond at all, and I ended up using voice commands too. I tried a master reset, which helped for a bit, but it came back eventually. I’d recommend doing that first, but if it doesn’t fix it, definitely take it to the dealer.

Yeah, most of these problems go away with a reboot.
Reboot in safe mode from the reset options menu
Hold down the hang-up button on the steering wheel
In a few seconds, the factory reset button will appear. Had to press it many times. Not sure if this is by design.

At least there is a solution for such things.

I haven't had that issue, but maybe try a software reset or update first. If it persists, a visit to the dealer might be necessary.

Remove any screen protectors. Clean the screen with a solvent like alcohol to remove any wax, polish, or residue. Show it to the dealer. Hopefully, it glitches while they're there.

Could be a software glitch or a hardware issue. Definitely worth taking it to the dealer, they have the diagnostic tools and should be able to sort it out quickly. Hope your location is not that far from your dealer
