The phone case might not fit in the pocket. You should also check if the phone will charge wirelessly with the case on. The pocket is a bit bigger than an iPhone.

Agree with @Beezy101. You can just set it though. Just go to Settings > Vehicle > Comfort and Convenience > Power Rear Gate Opening. You can then set the height you'd want when it opens.

I'd recommend that you take advantage of the Honda incentive and invest in an L2 charger. Depending on your driving habits, an L1 (regular 120V plug) may not charge quickly enough to keep you topped off, and you don't want to rely on public charging stations.

I'd recommend taking it to your dealer and try comparing it with other Prologue units to see if it has the same issue as yours.

The ideal charging range is 45% to 75%. However, given your daily commute, this may not be practical. It may be best to fully charge your vehicle and then recharge it when it falls below 25%.
