At least from what I've read. I saw some news that GM and Honda stopped working on their affordable EVs together. They mentioned slower demand and changing market conditions. Too bad. Do you think this will affect the future of affordable electric cars overall?

I expected that when the news first broke. Not a surprise here.

All the same, if EVs want to dominate they will need owners from all over the financial spectrum so it's in their best interest to figure out some way to produce ultra affordable EVs.

Is this still the case with GM and Honda? I know the original discussion was posted in March 2024; I was curious if you have noticed anything different over the past few months.
